What are the issues Chatt Zai has been suffering from and why?

Chatt Zai is suffering from skin disease and his once lustrous coat is fading away, it's sad to see Chatt Zai suffering especially when he is already 13 years old and has been a part of my life for over a decade.

The kibbles he had been consuming were doing more harm than good because Chatt Zai is allergic to them which caused him itch incessantly to the point where he would scratch himself until he bled. Not to mention, his coat was losing its original color, leaving me worried and desperate for a solution.

Why did you decide to switch from the previous brand to Zignature?
