Terms & Conditions:

1. Fussie Cat Puree Treats Snap.Tag.Redeem Video Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Pets Global Pte Ltd, (“The Organiser”) shall commence the campaign between 7 February 2022 and 31 March 2022. This Campaign has been extended until 30 April 2022. The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier than 30 April 2022. Late submission will not be entertained.
2. The Campaign is open to all customers of Fussie Cat and followers of Pets Global Singapore who are 18 years old and above.
3. Fussie Cat Puree Treats Snap.Tag.Redeem Video Campaign:
   1. All participants shall snap a video of their cats with Fussie Cat Puree Treats with the theme of “What my cat will do to get Fussie Cat Puree Treats?”
   2. Participants to post the video on own social media platform (Instagram and/or TikTok), tag friends, the Organiser and brand.
   3. The number of friends tagged in the post is equal to the number of free items. Maximum eight (8) packs per person per household.
   4. Redemption of Fussie Cat Puree Treats is limited to one (1) per person and per household.
   5. All free items are while stocks last.
   6. Only submissions that fulfil all the required steps are eligible for redemption.
   7. If the account is suspicious, The Organiser reserves the right to conduct an investigation and decide solely on the redemption.
4. Participants are compulsory to register an account at www.petsglobal.sg for redemption.
5. Participants shall discuss with the Organiser for free items redemption arrangement. Participants are compulsory to attend the Prize Giving Ceremony for redemption if there is any.
6. All/any results and/or decisions made by Pets Global Pte Ltd arising from the Campaign shall be final. No correspondences, queries, appeals, or protests will be entertained.
7. Pets Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend and/or change the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at its sole and absolute discretion at any time without prior notice.
8. All instructions and/or any other specific requirements relating to the Campaign (if any) shall form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Campaign, Participant is deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and specific requirements therein (if any), agree to be bound by them and abide by the decision of Pets Global Pte Ltd.

10. Pets Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to use or utilize the participants’ submission for marketing purposes.
11. Pets Global Pte Ltd shall not be held any responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused as a result of the Participants’ actions for and during the redemption process.
12. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the terms and conditions of this campaign.
13. The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Your personal data includes your name, identity number, contact details, email address, address and transaction number, and any publicly available information available on social networking websites, websites will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by Pets Global Pte Ltd for its purposes relating to Pets Global for advertising, publicity marketing and communication. Please be informed that your personal data may be disclosed to Pets Global Pte Ltd, Pets Global Pte Ltd’s affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners (if any) for the purpose and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws.
